We design & develop products that help scale business and deliver an exceptional experience to end-users. We practice Agile Methodologies, between our international clients and engineering team in Lahore, Pakistan.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at TheHexaTown, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales pipeline and generating new business opportunities. Working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and setting up appointments for our Sales Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to kickstart their career in sales and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential leads through targeted outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.
- Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Articulate the value proposition of our products and services to prospects and effectively handle objections.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Document all interactions and activities in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified appointments set.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Passion for sales and a desire to grow and advance within the company.
