Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executive

Company: Logix Solutions – Premier HR Consultancy

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Sharah-e-Faisal)

Salary Range: Up to PKR 100,000 per month (inclusive of fuel allowance)

Additional Benefits: Quarterly performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Marketing:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms.
  • Create engaging content for social media, website, and promotional materials.
  • Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and brand activations to enhance visibility.
  • Sales & Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients through market visits, networking events, referrals, and outreach.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to promote Logix Solutions' services.
  • Strategically negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
  • Build trust with clients, identify business opportunities, and nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration & Representation:
  • Assist the business development team in client outreach and nurturing.
  • Represent the company professionally at client sites, business meetings, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B sales, marketing, or business development (experience in HR consultancy or service-based industries preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent client relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Other:
  • Must own a motorbike for client visits within Karachi.
  • Strong presence in the local market with an established professional network.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary up to PKR 100,000 per month (inclusive of fuel allowance).
  • Quarterly performance-based incentives.
