We're seeking a versatile
Marketing Generalist
 to collaborate with the Head of Marketing in driving impactful marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll tackle diverse tasks, from crafting compelling content to analyzing campaign performance and managing data in spreadsheets. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll quickly adapt to new tools and strategies, contributing to innovative campaigns that boost brand visibility, generate leads, and enhance user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze campaign data and marketing analytics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns, including complex strategies like retargeting.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Build out complex yet intuitive reports in Google analytics.
  • Implement & manage conversion tracking with GTM & Google analytics.
  • Improve conversion tracking, UTM parameters, & more within Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, Google Ads, etc.
  • Build out campaigns working closely with the head of marketing.
  • Build out retargeting campaigns.
  • Improve audience targeting & more within a wide array of advertising platforms like Meta, Reddit, X, Google, & Bing Ads.
  • Assist in locating top affiliate websites to market the client & improve online presence.
  • Implement & manage, user feedback widgets, AI chat bots, product tours, hints, articles, & more utilizing Product Fruits. This involves getting accustomed to learning the product thoroughly so that you can create helpful context within the app.
  • Analyze campaign performance, gather KPI's, & create documents for others to review & make decisions off of.
  • Must have the technical knowledge on how to create Zapier flows or the ability to learn complex tools to be used to our advantage. For example, implementing an automated welcome email using Zapier after a user signs up for the client services/product.
  • Find & document high quality leads for future ABM efforts. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Analyze SEO ratings & implement improvements based off of the head of marketing's approval.
  • Write helpful/relevant articles that do not sound or feel like AI slop. Write up ads based on value propositions.
  • Implement various tools/strategies at the head of marketing's guidance to build out a sales pipeline.

In this role you will have the opportunity to face a wide array of tasks, anything from content creation to analyzing & tracking campaign data across spreadsheets. An ability to learn complex tools, adapt to new workflows and environments is a huge plus.

Experience / Skillset

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, or campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google analytics, and B2B marketing/sales.
  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Experience creating compelling content, articles, social media posts, and website copy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to understand and solve complex technical problems & tools.
