Role Description

Manage and Optimize Online Storefronts

Oversee product listings, pricing, inventory, and merchandising across Platforms like Shopify and Amazon, ensuring a smooth and updated shopping experience.

Customer Support Inbound sales & Order Management

Handle customer queries via chat, email, and phone; resolve complaints and order-related issues promptly while ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Cross-Team Coordination

Work closely with creative, marketing, and warehouse teams to align on campaign execution, product updates, and seamless order fulfillment.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track daily sales, ad performance, customer feedback, and operational KPIs; generate reports and assist in identifying growth opportunities.

Process Improvement & User Experience

Contribute to improving workflows and the overall customer journey, from product discovery to post-purchase service, while implementing best practices in eCommerce operations.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Online Support and Technical Support skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer support or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
