About the Role:

ChiltanPure is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at Amanah Mall. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, promote our products, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience that reflects ChiltanPure's values of quality and style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers, providing detailed product information.
• Promote and upsell ChiltanPure products while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Keep the shop organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked.
• Support the team during promotional activities and special campaigns.
• Collect customer feedback and report observations to management.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for customer service and brand representation.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Prior retail or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work onsite at Amanah Mall (no remote work).
