Position Summary:

The Creative/Content Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing engaging, high-impact content across digital platforms. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and an understanding of marketing trends specific to the BPO industry. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing, employer branding, and client engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage content for social media, blog posts, emails, landing pages, and internal campaigns

Collaborate with marketing, HR, and design teams for employer branding and client-facing materials

Ensure content aligns with SEO standards and digital marketing best practices

Support content planning and strategy based on performance analytics

Contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and digital storytelling

Maintain consistency in tone, brand voice, and messaging across all platforms

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field

2–4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or creative writing

Excellent written English, storytelling, and copywriting skills

Basic knowledge of SEO and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, etc.)

Familiarity with design and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editors

Understanding of B2B content strategies and LinkedIn marketing
