The Montessori Teacher Resource Officer (TRO) supports the teaching and learning process in the Montessori environment by assisting lead teachers, preparing classroom resources, and ensuring smooth day-to-day academic and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Montessori teachers in implementing classroom activities aligned with the Montessori philosophy.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain Montessori teaching materials and learning resources.
  • Support students in their daily tasks, ensuring individual attention where needed.
  • Monitor classroom discipline, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Help in arranging and managing events, activities, and parent–teacher meetings.
  • Record and maintain student progress data as guided by the class teacher or coordinator.
  • Facilitate communication between parents, teachers, and administration when required.
  • Ensure smooth transitions of students during arrival, dispersal, breaks, and activity times.
  • Provide administrative support to the Montessori section, including attendance records, circulars, and documentation.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development programs to enhance skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Education/Early Childhood Education preferred).
  • Montessori diploma or certification will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in a Montessori or early childhood teaching environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and ability to work with young children.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
