About the Job:
The Tele Auditor is responsible for conducting audits via phone calls, remote systems, or digital platforms to ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. This role involves reviewing processes, verifying data accuracy, monitoring service quality, and providing feedback to improve efficiency and performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telephonic audits of customer interactions, employee calls, or service transactions.

  • Verify adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

  • Document findings clearly and accurately in audit reports.

  • Provide constructive feedback to relevant teams to drive process improvements.

  • Identify risks, irregularities, or non-compliance issues and escalate when necessary.

  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance / Operations teams to enhance audit frameworks .

  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all audited information.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field (preferred).

  • Prior experience in
    audit, quality assurance, or call monitoring
    (1–3 years) desirable.

  • Strong communication and listening skills.

  • Attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and spot inconsistencies.

  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and audit procedures.

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM or call-monitoring tools is a plus.
