Store Mnager

We are looking for a driven and committed Store Manager to take charge of daily operations, lead the store team, and deliver outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities to maximize sales and ensure seamless store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Track sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Uphold store presentation standards, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights for business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team.
