Umrah Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on Umrah packages, visa requirements, and travel guidelines.
• Assist in completing Umrah visa applications and related documentation.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and transport providers to book suitable arrangements.
• Provide updated information about Saudi regulations, policies, and religious guidelines.
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal frameworks, and Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competitors' services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Inter with minimum 4 years Experience or Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in Umrah/Hajj services, travel consultancy, or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of Umrah procedures, visa requirements, and Saudi regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Urdu, and Arabic (preferred).
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.

Salary: Attractive Salary + Comission
