Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee general ledger accounting and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.

· Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely reconciliations.

· Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

· Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate policies and internal controls.

· Support internal and external audit processes, providing required documentation.

· Review and approve journal entries, vouchers and expense claims.

· Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues.

· Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of accounting practices and cost structures.

· Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP)

· Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CA, ACCA, CMA preferred)

· 5 years of experience in accounting/finance roles, with at least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory position.
