Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead Merchandiser (Apparel), located in Sialkot. The Team Lead Merchandiser will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising process, coordinating with clients and suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role involves developing and implementing merchandising strategies, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and production. The candidate will also be expected to monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide leadership and guidance to the merchandising team.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and experience in Customer Service
- Proven Sales and Retail experience
- Marketing knowledge and expertise
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the apparel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
