Job Purpose:

  • The position will support corporate back-office tasks and support to corporate commercial teams for pre-sales, deployment, and post-sales activities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Intra Interdepartmental coordination
  • Actively monitor KPIs, vendor performance, and Routine Activities
  • Maintain & update existing databases
  • Check Corporate Feasibility (Pre Sales), Design and implement solutions (In Sales) and troubleshoot the network (Post Sales)
  • Actively engage Regional teams along with vendor for CM and PM activities
  • Strategic planning for Customer experience management and service quality improvement
  • Publish Dashboards and reports Automate the Reports
  • Feasibility check/validation of all ESS technical solutions.
  • New links deployments (Fiber & Wireless) as per solution designs.
  • Should have hands on experience of portable PRI exchange, ethernet tester & OTDR.
  • Should have good knowledge of Huawei/ZTE PTN/OTN/DWDM, should be able to identify ports for connectivity.
  • Existing solutions/links upgrade implementation.
  • Troubleshooting of links (L1-L3) in coordination with last-mile vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Project documentation and management reporting.
  • Testing of end-to-end solutions as per design including LAN, WAN, Routers, WIFI, CPEs, etc.
  • POST Sales Technical Support 24 x7 E2E support on PRI/SIP/DIA/DPLC/IPLC/M2M/GSM/VPBX corporate connectivity issues.
  • Support and close all corporate customer complaints and trouble tickets handling/resolution as per agreed SLA & TAT.
  • Visit at customer location for any testing or link troubleshooting support.
  • Verification of vendor invoices (Monthly / Quarterly) Support CNOC in SLA reconciliation with vendors and imposing penalty in case of SLA breach.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • BS Computer / Electrical engineering / Computer science/ Telecom Engineering

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 Years of work experience is required

Skills – Generic:

  • Good knowledge of Telecom Transport / IP Networks
  • Basic Knowledge of Fiber and MW network
  • MS Office / Visio Databases
  • Communication Skills
  • Presentation & Negotiation
  • Problem Solving Analytical Skills

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Strong analytical skills & mathematical background in statistics (Mean, Variance SD, Correlation, etc
  • Good Data visualization skills (Python, PHP, Power BI etc).
  • Good Experience in databases.
  • Basic to Intermediate knowledge in VBA scripting/macro programming to automate excel-based report
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of field activities including CM and PM
  • Should be able to check bandwidth and ports feasibility at PTN and MW end through NMS clients. MW TXN and fiber TXN experience. Network ring topology bandwidth confirmation skills
  • Should be able to configure failover routers and switches (Microtik, CISCO and Huawei etc)
