Responsibilities:

  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
  • Clean and maintain office premises including desks, meeting rooms, and kitchen.
  • Handle document filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks as directed.
  • Deliver documents within the office or to nearby locations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace.
  • Support office staff in day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in preparing meeting rooms before scheduled meetings.
  • Run small errands and assist with office maintenance when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Middle or Matric qualification preferred.
  • Prior experience as office boy/helper will be an advantage.
  • Punctual, reliable, and presentable.
  • Ability to communicate politely and respectfully.
  • Willing to work with flexibility in duties.
