Location: This role is based in Karachi, Pakistan. (On-Site)

About the role:

This is a position with core focus towards providing support and enable sales channels to meet their Targets and customer expectations. The candidate would be responsible for Credit evaluation, Activation, Payment processing and inventory management.

Your Impactful Goals will include:

• Evaluation of customer credit worthiness through defined policies. Reviewing all required documents for credit evaluation
• Activation of SIMs and related services as per customer requirement after validating all documents listed in related processes and policies
• Payment processing for customer through cheques, cash, online and tax challan as per defined processes. Daily payment reconciliation and reporting
• Inventory management for handsets, devices and SIMs
• Keeping track of issues devices, securing customer acknowledgement and supporting physical audits as and when required
• Support to channel for processing of security deposit refund, refund as bill payment etc.
• Pre to post and post to pre migrations
• Response to all queries raised by the Governance team for regular audits and controls in defined timelines
• Maintaining Compliance level of 95% while performing the operations.
• Log maintenance of all physical and virtual documents and sharing with vendors for archiving
• Preparation of PTA data as per activation performed during the month.
• Sharing monthly Channel Funds Reconciliation (CFR)

What we're looking for:

Education: BBA/ BBA (IT), BS (IT)

Work experience: 1 - 2 years relevant experience on BSS applications. Hands-on experience on CRM/Billing systems & B2B value chain is a plus.

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:

• Strong system knowledge i.e. CRM, billing system
• Good communication skills to communicate with different departments
• Ability to priorities and handle multiple tasks in a high- pressure environment
• Good team player and excellent at building relationships with co-workers and external vendors
• Should be able to analyze, understand and recommend solutions to complex problem
• Ability to understand policies and processed to work independently
