Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist based in Rawalpindi. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying new leads, conducting market research, and developing strategies to generate qualified prospects. Daily tasks may include leveraging communication skills to engage potential clients, coordinating with the sales team, and achieving lead generation targets. The role requires proactive collaboration to drive client acquisition and support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lead Generation strategies and identifying New Leads
  • Strong research skills with the ability to analyze market trends
  • Excellent Communication skills to build and nurture client relationships
  • Sales experience with a focus on achieving target-driven results
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-generation technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
