Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a QEC Officer located in the Karachi Division. The QEC Officer will be responsible for ensuring quality enhancement and compliance with regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include conducting audits, analyzing performance data, developing quality improvement strategies, and providing training and support to staff to ensure adherence to standards. The QEC Officer will also collaborate with different departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Data analysis, audit, and compliance skills
- Experience in developing quality improvement strategies and conducting performance evaluations
- Training and staff support skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare or education sector is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
