Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Taminzo's presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging daily content (posts, stories, reels, carousels).
  • Arrange and coordinate with influencers for PR and UGC campaigns.
  • Work closely with product photographers/videographers to create UGC-style product and lifestyle videos.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on seasonal campaigns, festive launches, and clearance events.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the community to maintain brand voice.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Research and implement new social media trends to keep Taminzo ahead of competitors.
  • Support in preparing creative content for ads and promotions.
  • Maintain and organize records of influencer contracts, creative assets, and publishing calendars.

Requirements

  • Candidate should have 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management (preferably fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry).
  • Must have BBA or MBA degree preferably in marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn trends and best practices.
  • Experience in influencer management and PR campaigns.
  • Familiarity with UGC video content and basic photography/videography coordination.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a good sense of visual aesthetics.
  • Hands-on knowledge of content tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite (basic level is fine).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with tight deadlines.
