Senior Backend Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer(5 years experience) who not only excels at building scalable systems but is also ready to grow into a Team Lead role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, mentoring, and shaping backend architecture while actively contributing to production code.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems
  • Architect and build microservices and integrate them across the platform
  • Implement Redis for caching, performance optimization, and rate limiting
  • Integrate RabbitMQ or Kafka for event-driven and asynchronous workflows
  • Optimize database performance, queries, and data pipelines
  • Ensure backend services are secure, reliable, and production-ready
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain systems on AWS or Azure
  • Collaborate closely with frontend, product, QA, and DevOps teams
  • Lead by example through clean code, testing, and best practices
  • Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and guide technical decisions
  • Actively contribute to architecture discussions and system design

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in backend development
  • Strong experience with .NET, .Net Core.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture
  • Solid understanding of message brokers (RabbitMQ / Kafka)
  • Experience with Redis, SQL/NoSQL databases, and performance tuning
  • Practical experience deploying applications on AWS or Azure
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality
  • Good communication skills and interest in technical leadership
