Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Dermatologist to join our team as an Aesthetician. This is a share-based opportunity, meaning you will have the chance to grow with the clinic and benefit from its success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetic dermatology, including expertise in non-invasive treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser therapies. A valid PMDC license for registration with the clinic is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough skin assessments and provide expert dermatological advice to patients.
  • Administer aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser therapies, and other non-invasive procedures.
  • Create and implement customized skincare plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of all treatments and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other specialists within the clinic, including dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons, physiotherapists, and psychologists, to provide holistic care.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in aesthetic dermatology and recommend new treatments when appropriate.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Medical degree in Dermatology with relevant aesthetic training.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in aesthetic dermatology.
  • Valid PMDC (Pakistan Medical & Dental Council) license for registration with the clinic.
  • Willing to work on a shared basis.
  • Proven expertise in a variety of dermatological and aesthetic treatments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-focused approach to care.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
