We are looking for a motivated and organized Purchase & Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle purchasing operations — from sourcing and negotiating with suppliers — as well as assist in sales activities, client coordination, and business growth.

Purchasing Duties
:


• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and quality.


• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.

Sales Duties:


• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.


• Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads.


• Coordinate sales orders and ensure timely delivery to clients.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.


• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing and/or sales.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.


• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); ERP experience is a plus.


• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
