Social Media Content Creator (Reels & TikTok Specialist)

We're looking to take our social media presence to the next level by creating engaging, viral, and trend-savvy video content. If you're creative, self-driven, and love experimenting with fresh ideas, this role is for you.

Role Overview:

As our Social Media Content Creator, you'll be responsible for producing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.) that resonate with our audience, leverage current trends, and represent our brand in a fun and engaging way. You should be proactive in exploring content ideas, filming, editing, and posting without needing step-by-step guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify trending content and formats on Instagram and TikTok
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos optimized for social media
  • Suggest and experiment with new concepts, challenges, or creative campaigns
  • Collaborate with our team to align content with brand voice, messaging, and goals
  • Monitor performance analytics to understand what works and refine future content

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience creating viral or high-performing content on Instagram/TikTok
  • Strong video shooting and editing skills (mobile-first, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.)
  • A creative self-starter who can generate ideas on their own
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current social media trends, sounds, and formats
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

Experience with influencer collaborations or UGC-style content

Basic understanding of analytics and social media growth strategies
