Job Description:

The Examination Officer will be responsible for the smooth execution and management of all examination-related activities. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, ensuring accuracy in exam processes, and coordinating with faculty, staff, and students to uphold institutional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and conduct mid-term, final, and makeup examinations.
  • Prepare seating plans, exam timetables, and invigilation rosters.
  • Manage secure handling of question papers, answer scripts, and related exam materials.
  • Coordinate with faculty for paper setting, moderation, and results compilation.
  • Ensure strict compliance with exam regulations, rules, and policies.
  • Supervise invigilation staff during exams and address any misconduct cases.
  • Maintain accurate records of results, transcripts, and examination statistics.
  • Generate reports for management and accreditation purposes.
  • Facilitate students regarding exam queries and grievances.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Master's/Bachelor's (16 years) in Education, Management, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in examinations, academic administration, or a related role (fresh candidates with strong skills may also be considered).
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and integrity in handling sensitive information.
