About the Role

We are seeking a talented IT Recruiter to join our global recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have strong spoken English communication skills and a proven track record in sourcing and hiring IT professionals across international markets (EMEA, APAC, and North America).

You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding skilled IT professionals for both short-term projects and long-term placements within our global client network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT roles (Network Engineers, Field Engineers, Desktop Support, Project Managers, etc.)
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals globally
  • Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms effectively
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (international / global exposure preferred)
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong understanding of IT job roles, skill sets, and technologies
  • Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for EMEA, APAC, or North American markets
  • Prior experience working with Managed IT Service Providers or Global Staffing Companies
