Imam Clinic is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Incharge to oversee daily laboratory operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality compliance. The role involves managing staff, maintaining equipment, monitoring performance, and minimizing medical errors through proper implementation of lab procedures.

Job Description:

  • Implement and monitor the laboratory equipment and test procedures to minimize the risk of medical errors and adverse events.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient diagnosis, staff records, and other essential documentation.
  • Preanalytical, Analytical and post analytical errors record and maintain key performance indicators.
  • Manage staff availability, shift reports, and task distribution.
  • Evaluate the monthly performance of laboratory staff and inform to pathologist and laboratory manager.

Job Specification:

  • MLT/BS/M.S.C/ B.S.C Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a diagnostic or hospital laboratory.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of laboratory practices, quality control, and reporting systems.
