About the Role:

A leading restaurant group in Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing / Social Media Manager to strengthen its brand presence across digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage marketing and social media campaigns aligned with restaurant goals.
  • Create engaging content (photos, videos, stories, and posts) to attract and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to promote new launches, seasonal offers, and campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management (restaurant/hospitality experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of food industry trends and customer engagement techniques.
  • Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills.
