Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development & Teaching Excellence

  • Design and develop curricula for Spoken English and IELTS courses.
  • Deliver interactive lectures, tutorials, and training sessions.
  • Incorporate modern teaching and assessment methodologies.
  • Continuously review and enhance course content to maintain academic excellence.

Student Support & Engagement

  • Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
  • Maintain attendance, assess performance, and support individual learning needs.
  • Foster engaging learning environments and academic growth.

Outreach & Batch Generation

  • Engage with potential students through outbound calls and consultations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams for lead conversion.
  • Promote English Language and IELTS programs through events and online platforms.

Literature Society Leadership

  • Establish and oversee ICE Pakistan's
    Literature Society
    .
  • Organize book clubs, debates, creative writing workshops, and poetry sessions.
  • Mentor student leaders and coordinate literary events across campuses.
  • Support publication of student writings in institutional newsletters or magazines.

Administrative & Strategic Contributions

  • Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
  • Support academic events, workshops, and promotional initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions and effective resource management within the department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in teaching Spoken English and/or IELTS preparation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in curriculum development and student engagement is preferred.
