Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and onboarding qualified real estate agents to grow our brokerage in UAE. This role requires excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with a deep understanding of the real estate industry and what motivates agents to join a firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified real estate agents.

Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and industry events.

Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with the company's culture and performance standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process.

Present company benefits, value propositions, and career growth opportunities to prospective agents.

Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the brokerage.

Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and hiring success.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in real estate recruiting.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within the real estate industry.

Strong understanding of real estate practices, licensing requirements, and agent career needs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with candidates.

Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred:

Prior experience as a real estate agent or in real estate brokerage management.

Active real estate license (depending on location/requirement).

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives/commissions.
