PCB & Circuit Designer

About Us Siddique Ice & Cold Storage operates an ammonia-based refrigeration plant in Islamabad, Pakistan. We specialize in cold storage, block ice manufacturing, and in-house engineering services. Our team supports a diverse set of industrial operations, combining reliability with innovation.

Job Type: Contract / Freelance (task-based engagement)

Duration: Ongoing, based on project requirements

Expected Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Design analog signal conditioning circuits for industrial measurement applications
• Develop PCB layouts and schematics for electronic control systems
• Create 4-20mA current loop circuits and instrumentation amplifiers
• Design temperature compensation circuits and filtering systems
• Prepare component specifications and Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Provide circuit simulation and validation documentation
• Deliver complete design packages including test procedures and assembly guidelines

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in electronics design and PCB development
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in PCB design software (Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of analog circuit design, operational amplifiers, and signal conditioning
• Experience with industrial electronics and measurement systems design
• Understanding of EMI/EMC considerations and industrial standards
• Must be available to take projects on a freelance / per-assignment basis

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with instrumentation and process control electronics
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and current loop systems
• Familiarity with component sourcing and manufacturing considerations
• Experience with circuit simulation software (SPICE, LTSpice, etc.)
• Understanding of industrial environmental requirements and protection standards

Work Arrangement
