Job Description

Backend Developer (Python Django + )

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (Onsite)

Experience: 1.5 – 2 years minimum

About the Role

Ace On Technology is hiring a Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python (Django) and working knowledge of You will be responsible for building scalable APIs, managing databases, and deploying applications on cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop backend services using Python (Django REST Framework) and ).
  • Work with MySQL (dev) and PostgreSQL (production).
  • Implement caching, queues, and background jobs using Redis & Celery.
  • Deploy and manage services on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, SQS, SNS).
  • Ensure API security, scalability, and performance.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python & Django (ORM, REST APIs, migrations, authentication).

  • Familiarity with Redis, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
