About the Role:

We are looking for a creative yet data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow client accounts across international markets (Canada, US, etc.). This role requires someone with hands-on digital marketing agency experience who understands global trends, adapts quickly, and delivers content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day management of multiple social media accounts in collaboration with the Social Media Strategist.
  • Build and roll out detailed monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on global social media trends, platform updates, and new content formats.
  • Execute scheduled posts and campaign activities with precision and creativity.
  • Track performance using analytics tools, and generate insights to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with dcross functional teams to produce high-quality, trend-driven content.
  • Ensure timely task management and reporting using internal tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of social media management experience within a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven ability to run international social campaigns (North America/Global focus preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication skills: confident, client-facing, and strong in writing/presentation.
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable using data to adjust campaigns and improve results.
  • Organized multitasker with attention to detail and proactive work ethic.
  • Bonus: Experience working with food/restaurant brands.
