The Training & Sales Strategy Manager will be responsible for leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of comprehensive training programs across
sales, claims, and management teams
. This role also requires a strong background in
sales training
, with the ability to inspire, coach, and elevate sales performance through strategy, motivation, and numbers-driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and update tailored training programs for sales, claims, and management teams.
  • Build strategies to improve sales training efficiency and revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with departmental leadership to identify training needs and align with business goals.
  • Develop impactful modules on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and communication.
  • Deliver sessions that enhance management skills, leadership capabilities, and overall team performance.
  • Create engaging resources: manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and toolkits.
  • Track and measure training effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and evaluations.
  • Provide leadership with detailed insights on the impact of training initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of pure sales/training experience with a proven track record.
  • Experience in leading and motivating a sales team.
  • Strong with numbers and data-driven decision making.
  • Startup experience (a big plus).

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Adaptability to deliver hybrid, virtual, and in-person training.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Full time/Onsite role based in Karachi.
