Introduction: At AT DESK PVT LTD, we are seeking a full time Python Developer with expertise in creating advanced models and frameworks for research applications. This position is ideal for those who excel in Python and have experience in scientific computing, offering the flexibility to work on an as-needed basis from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Python-based models and frameworks to support specific research initiatives.
  • Collaborate remotely with our research team to understand project specifications and deliver tailored software solutions.
  • Optimize the performance of existing models and ensure seamless integration with current systems.
  • Document all development processes and maintain comprehensive software functionality records.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in scientific computing.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Python with hands-on experience in libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
  • Proven track record of developing simulation models or computational frameworks for academic research.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical details effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Knowledge of high-performance computing (HPC) and data visualization tools.
  • Publications in peer-reviewed journals would be an added advantage.
