About the Role

  • The Research Associate will primarily be responsible for conducting in-depth research to identify and profile industry experts across various specialized sectors.
  • Perform detailed research using multiple sources to identify potential experts with relevant industry knowledge.
  • Compile, verify, and maintain accurate expert profiles based on research findings.
  • Prepare detailed proposal lists of suitable experts for client projects.
  • Create extensive experts lists and databases using Excel and other internal tools to organize and manage information efficiently.
  • Analyse industry and market dynamics to understand expert relevance and qualifications.
  • Collaborate internally with sourcing and project teams by providing well-researched expert leads.
  • Continuously update and expand the expert database to ensure a robust pool of industry specialists for client projects.
  • Working with internal and external teams on various projects.
