About The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting operations using Xero
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
  • Develop and track budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts to support strategic goals
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, receivables, and payables
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
  • Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Support payroll processing and handle employee expense reimbursements
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation for audits and tax filing

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance role
  • Hands-on experience with Xero (certification preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and bookkeeping practices
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles and compliance frameworks
  • Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
