We are seeking a Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team onsite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs across various platforms. As a Graphics Designer, you will collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and impactful design solutions that align with our brand identity and objectives. Your creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in design software will be crucial in delivering high-quality graphics that meet and exceed client expectations. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and ensure consistency in design standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualize and create visually stunning designs for print and digital media.

  2. Develop engaging graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other promotional channels.

  3. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute design concepts that effectively communicate brand messages.

  4. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in style, color, and typography.

  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative design techniques.

  6. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development.

  7. Review and approve design deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project requirements.

  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliverables.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

  2. Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful designs.

  3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  4. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

  6. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

  7. Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide junior designers.

  8. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.
