Job Description:

  • Set up and operate bag making machines (side seal, bottom seal, zipper, or other types).
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain product quality and minimize waste.
  • Ensure bags meet required specifications such as size, seal strength, and appearance.
  • Load raw materials (films, rolls, inks, zippers, etc.) into the machine.
  • Perform routine checks on machines to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Detect and troubleshoot machine faults or malfunctions.
  • Maintain production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
  • Follow safety procedures and keep the working area clean and organized.
  • Assist in preventive maintenance and report any major repair needs to the supervisor/maintenance team.
  • Work closely with quality control to ensure finished products meet company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
