We're hiring a FedEx Label & Customer Support Executive who can efficiently manage FedEx USA Domestic and International Label Creation and provide professional support to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage FedEx USA Domestic & International Shipping Labels accurately.
  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional manner.
  • Maintain records of daily shipments and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth label processing and issue resolution.
  • Provide regular status updates and communicate effectively with U.S. clients.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written communication must be excellent)
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail
  • Graduate (minimum bachelor's degree required)
  • Experience with FedEx or logistics work is a plus
  • Must be punctual, responsible, and quick learner

Shift Timing: 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Night Shift)
