Khan Brothers, Pakistan's trusted industrial distribution partner since 1948, is seeking a visionary leader to head our HVAC-R Components Vertical. This role sits at the forefront of one of our fastest-growing business units, responsible for shaping strategy, driving growth, and leading nationwide operations in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC-R) space.

As the Head of HVAC-R Components, you will oversee a portfolio of globally recognized principals — including Danfoss, Johnson Controls–Hitachi, Copeland, Zhuhai Gree - Lamda, York, and others — and ensure that our clients across industrial & commercial sectors are empowered with cutting-edge solutions. You will be responsible for guiding a dedicated sales and technical team, setting the strategic direction of the vertical, and ensuring Khan Brothers maintains its position as the preferred HVAC-R distribution and solutions partner in Pakistan.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strong technical knowledge of HVAC-R products with sharp business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead high-performing teams. What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in HVAC-R related components, rotary/scroll/semi-hermetic compressors, ammonia related refrigeration.
  • Understanding of the refrigeration cycle.
  • Proven leadership and business development track record in a distribution or technical sales environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC-R products (compressors, refrigerants, rotary & VSD solutions, etc.).
  • Ability to drive strategic growth initiatives while managing day-to-day operations.
  • Abundant energy and desire to support the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the HVAC-R Components vertical, overseeing sales, business development, and operations.
  • Manage strategic relationships with global principals (e.g., Danfoss, Copeland, GREE, York, and others).
  • Build and mentor a strong sales and technical team to exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Drive market intelligence, stock planning, and nationwide distribution strategy.
  • Collaborate with clients across industrial, commercial, and residential segments to deliver cutting-edge HVAC-R solutions.
