We're looking for a Senior Database Design Engineer to join our growing team in Islamabad. If you have a strong background in database architecture and hands-on experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL, we want to hear from you
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Design and implement scalable, ACID-compliant database schemas.
- Optimize database performance, indexing, and queries.
- Develop complex SQL scripts and support data-heavy operations.
- Lead data migration initiatives and develop robust ETL pipelines.
- Work closely with backend teams to meet evolving data needs.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in database architecture or design.
- Expertise in Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
- Strong skills in query optimization and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with ETL scripting and industry-standard ETL tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in fintech or large-scale financial applications is a plus.
