We are looking for an experienced and certified PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and Google Ads Professional with 2–3 years of proven, hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is not only adept at managing campaigns but also brings a strategic understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure paid media efforts align with broader marketing initiatives.
2. Campaign Execution
- Build and manage paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms — with a strong focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping).
- Write compelling ad copy and create engaging ad creatives tailored to specific audience segments.
- Implement smart bidding strategies, targeting methods, and ad placements to maximize campaign performance.
3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Identify insights and opportunities for improvement through ongoing data analysis.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience refinements.
4. Conversion Optimization
- Work closely with the web and design teams to ensure high-performing landing pages and seamless user experiences.
- Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
5. Budget Management
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets across campaigns and platforms efficiently.
- Monitor and control ad spend, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while achieving desired ROI.
- Prepare regular budget utilization and performance summaries.
6. Reporting & Insights
- Create detailed performance reports highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Present campaign outcomes to stakeholders, clearly communicating the value and impact of paid advertising initiatives.
7. Industry Awareness
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
- Identify opportunities to test and adopt emerging platforms or innovative advertising strategies.
Qualifications
- Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, or Analytics certifications preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns, primarily on Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Proven success in achieving campaign KPIs and driving measurable business results.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
