About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong background in designing SaaS-based products, particularly CRM systems and dashboards. The ideal candidate will combine user-centered design thinking with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality to create exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design processes from concept to final handoff for development.
  • Design intuitive CRM interfaces, data dashboards, and SaaS product flows.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve user experience.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain a design system ensuring visual coherence across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in SaaS and enterprise UX.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of professional UI/UX experience (preferably in SaaS or B2B product environments).
  • Proven experience designing CRM platforms, dashboards, or data-driven interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and related design tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX research methods, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance business goals with user needs.

  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end collaboration.
