B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering or DAE/B. Tech Mechanical

Experience:
B.Sc. Engineers 7–10 years, DAE Mechanical/B. Tech 10–15 years

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of costing of Mechanical Construction projects in the Process Industry, including Oil & Gas Petrochemical, FMCG, and Chemical industries.

Job Description:

  • Minutely study RFQs and highlight clarifications required from clients.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure bids meet client requirements.
  • Prepare cost estimates, technical, and commercial proposals according to RFQ specifications.
  • Generate Material Rate Requests to procurement and vendors for material rates.
  • Re-check material rates from the market for comparison.
  • Supervise and lead Proposal Engineers in proposal preparation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather technical information for proposals.
  • Work closely with the BD Department and provide technical assistance as required.
  • Prepare project budgets based on approved proposals.
  • Maintain good knowledge of contracts.
  • Prepare presentations and reports.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Around PKR 150,000 (market competitive)
