We're Hiring – Area GX Trainers (Male & Female)

Are you ready to inspire, lead, and shape the future of Group Exercise at TriFit?

We're on the hunt for dynamic Area GX Trainers — to help us elevate the GX experience across our clubs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop instructors to deliver world-class GX classes

  • Uphold and maintain company standards of excellence across all GX programs

  • Lead by example with energy, passion, and consistency

  • Share educational content to inspire learning and community engagement

Requirements

  • Internationally recognized GX Certification (Les Mills, Zumba, ACSM, ACE, AFAA, etc.)

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a GX Instructor (post-certification)

  • Proficiency in 4+ modalities (e.g., Indoor Cycling, Dance, Strength, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Boxing, Aerobics)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

  • Active social media presence (Instagram preferred) showcasing your GX journey

  • A genuine passion for fitness, people, and building community
