Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement
    3D gameplay mechanics
    in Unity (C#), including UI, animations and effects
  • Rapidly prototype new ideas into engaging gameplay experiences
  • Integrate and manage
    ad mediation platforms
    (AppLovin MAX, IronSource, AdMob) with multiple ad networks
  • Configure
    MMPs
    (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular) for attribution, analytics and event tracking
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize monetization, ad placements and A/B testing
  • Integrate SDKs and services such as Firebase, Facebook and analytics tools
  • Identify bottlenecks, debug issues and deliver clean, maintainable code
  • Ship
    high-quality hyper-casual and casual mobile games

What We're Looking For

  • BS in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong
    Unity 3D skills
    : scripting, UI/UX, animations, particle systems and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with
    Mediation Platforms
    (AppLovin MAX, IronSource, AdMob, etc.)
  • Proven experience with
    MMP Integration
    (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular, etc.)
  • Proficient in
    C# and OOP
  • Strong understanding of
    data structures, algorithms and design patterns
  • Experience in
    mobile game development
    (iOS & Android)
  • Experience with
    Git / version control

  • Prior work on successful or well-known mobile titles
  • Knowledge of ad revenue optimization, waterfall setups and A/B testing
  • Familiarity with automated testing and crash reporting
  • Awareness of latest
    gaming trends and monetization strategies
  • Passion for creating
