Requirements:


• 6+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and React development.


• Proficiency in creating captivating and user-centric UI/UX designs for web applications, demonstrating a deep understanding of user behavior and psychology.


• Expertise in translating design concepts from tools like Figma to pixel-perfect HTML or React components.


• Solid command of HTML and CSS, with the ability to meticulously translate design specifications into well-structured, semantic, and responsive web pages.


• In-depth understanding of React library and its ecosystem, including state management, hooks, and component lifecycle.


• Strong command of JavaScript, along with its nuances and best practices.


• Ability to architect and implement flexible and well-structured front-end solutions, in tandem with the required APIs.


• Proficient in various testing methodologies, including Unit testing, Integration testing, Feature/Functional testing, etc.


• Solid knowledge of CSS, SASS (SCSS), and responsive design principles to craft visually appealing and responsive user interfaces.


• Familiarity with state management tools like Redux, Redux Toolkit, and REST API integration.


• Great attention to detail and measuring the quality of the features released. Interpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process.


• Hands-on experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.


• In-depth understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), SCRUM & CI/CD.


• Experience analyzing thread safety and race conditions, parallelism, synchronization, and locking, including between API calls and other internal components.


• A passion for technology, learning, and problem-solving.


• Able to work and manage junior resources (if required) in the team.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead discussions.


• The ability to prioritize and remain calm under pressure
