We are expanding our Digital Strategy & Business Development Division to strengthen our brand identity, enhance our digital presence, and communicate our impact to a global audience.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Creative Content & Brand Designer, a hybrid professional who can think strategically, write persuasively, and design visually compelling content.

This individual will play a key role in shaping CDIGITAL's digital voice and brand identity across platforms, from website and social media to corporate decks, case studies, and marketing materials.

The ideal candidate is someone who can transform complex technical work into engaging narratives and visuals, bringing a modern, corporate feel to CDIGITAL's communication.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Copywriting

● Develop and manage content for the company's website, social media, brochures, and presentations.

● Translate project and technical achievements into impact-driven stories and case studies.

● Create engaging captions, taglines, and articles aligned with CDIGITAL's professional tone and brand.

● Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and message across all digital and print platforms.

● Collaborate with leadership and project teams to craft proposals, success stories, and corporate narratives.

Graphic & Brand Design

● Design visually cohesive assets for digital and print — including posts, infographics, brochures, and pitch decks.

● Establish and maintain a visual identity system (colors, typography, templates, brand guidelines).

● Support the web development team in maintaining design consistency across the website.

● Create presentation templates and social media layouts that align with CDIGITAL's corporate image.

● Produce visuals for events, campaigns, and internal communication.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or Computer Science (with creative portfolio).

● 2–4 years of experience in content writing and/or graphic design (agency or corporate experience preferred).

● Strong command over English writing (professional, engaging, concise).

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva Pro / Figma.

● Familiarity with LinkedIn and corporate digital communication best practices.

● Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain brand consistency.

Preferred Skills

● Experience working in B2B / technology-driven organizations.

● Understanding of corporate branding, digital marketing, and visual storytelling.

● Creative mindset with the ability to turn abstract ideas into engaging content and visuals.

● Basic knowledge of UI/UX or web layout design is a plus.
