Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Optimize website architecture, content, and metadata for maximum visibility.
  • On-Page Optimization
  • Perform detailed site audits and recommend improvements.
  • Optimize content, titles, headings, and internal linking structures.
  • Ensure website follows best practices for crawlability and indexing.
  • Off-Page Optimization
  • Build and maintain high-quality backlink strategies.
  • Monitor competitors' backlink profiles and develop outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate with bloggers, influencers, and publishers for link-building opportunities.
  • Technical SEO
  • Monitor and resolve crawl errors, broken links, and site performance issues.
  • Work with developers to improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.
  • Ensure website is optimized for Core Web Vitals and Google's algorithm updates.
  • Content & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
  • Provide SEO recommendations for blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions.
  • Develop content calendars based on keyword trends and search intent.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Use SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.) to monitor performance.
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Key Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist/Expert (3–5 years minimum preferred).
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO trends.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Up to Rs120,000.00 per month
