About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Back-End Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the MERN stack. Your primary focus will be on backend service development using and GraphQL, while also adapting to the latest tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust back-end services using , , and GraphQL.
  • Integrate and optimize with frontend systems built on and databases like MongoDB.
  • Work with modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business workflows and align technical implementation.
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and security in a compliance-friendly environment.
  • Troubleshoot and debug live systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Adapt quickly to new tools and frameworks, keeping pace with technological advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of backend development experience with the MERN stack.
  • Strong expertise in , GraphQL, and MongoDB.
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern tools, version control, and deployment processes.
  • Excellent communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
