Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Engineer located in Lahore District. The Field Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service support, handling technical support inquiries, and managing projects related to self-service banking solutions. The Field Engineer will ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Strong Communication skills for effective customer interaction
  • Field Service experience and Project Management capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in the Fin Tech industry is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
